Homemade Barbecue Sauce Recipe
There are lots of different barbecue sauce recipes
on the internet to make your own barbecue sauce. What I will do
is give you the basic and optional ingredients so you can make it
more to your liking. A homemade barbecue sauce will save you money
and you should have almost everything you need already in your house.

The two basic products are: Ketchup and Brown Sugar. Usually 3
parts ketchup and 1 part brown sugar. Now that doesn't sound that
great, but it does taste pretty good. Now for the additives. I like
to add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, a little
vinegar and salt and pepper. Some people like to add beer or water
but I find it makes it to runny. And we all want the sauce to stay
on the food.
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a slow boil for
5-10 minutes.
Some more optional things may include: Adding Tabasco sauce or
Frank's Red-hot to spice up your recipe. Maple Syrup
